its im guessing around 40lbs its a lot more heavy duty than i thought...and yes the jack and jack stand are on the factory jack points. its pretty shiny and yes it can be polished with alum polish. it seems to stiffen the car up a little bit too cars 2000-2002 remove the factory stress bar(not really needed as newer cars dont even have it) and this big thing acts as the stress bar only bigger and better..def worth the money very easy to install and very easy to remove for oil changes.. you cant see it like you can my sexy blueflame muffler....unless there is a puddle below and you see the reflection....then its bling bling
