Advanced Motorsport Solutions carries them as well, but they are still $999.

ORIGINAL: Palindari
After viewing your laundry list of mods - I'm shocked you still have room to manuever!
True, but there seems to be more mods than money available. There are still a few on my Future Mods list that this one doesn't knock out either. Still need to do: Water Injection, DEFCON, Turbo Upgrade, Front Lip spoiler, rear seat delete, and several others.

So which DEFCON would you get- 1, 2, or 3?
I'm still debating myself as to getting 2 or 3 as I use my TT as a daily driver but want to do an occasional track day. Any suggestions?

I'll probably go with DEFCON 2. But it isn't going to happen for another year or so. I just had the car corner balanced last fall, just before the announcement of DEFCON. Since changing all the control arm bushings would require realignment and redoing the corner balance, that will add about $600 to the install.

I know you aren't a n00b but I like to use that pic every once in a while.

The orange controllers are pretty new and in limited supply so I doubt you'll see much of a price drop anytime soon. You can sometimes pick up a blue controller cheap on the Vortex classifieds when someone is selling their TT>

Sounds like a pretty good list of goodies, but how are you gonna fit them all on your sig w/o covering up the car? ; )

I like the defcon idea, but its too simple for that much money. I want high tech stuff if I'm paying more than a few $20's. I figure I'd measure the ID of a control arm that uses the Mk I bushing, measure a Mk II control arm ID, calculate for a press fit, and fire up the lathe. Can't be any harder than that. I have buddies in NC that anno paintball stuff all the time, and theres a laser marker at work if I wanted to make myself a true knock off.
