Descending to the next level of Mod Hell
So after a few months of laying off I'm going to dive in again. Here's what is going on in the next couple of months...
[ul][*]APR FMIC[*]Evo Heatshield[*]Forge DV Relocation[*]Haldex Agent Orange[*]APR Intake Hose[*]Extrude Hone Manifold[/ul]I am also kicking around the idea of the K04 upgrade, but that will probably wait until next round when the 42dd 3-inch DP is ready for the 180 Quattro.

for the cost of the apr fmic you can get the entire stock 225 kit including ic's and manifold. http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothrea...415&page=1
BETTER HURRY!!
Why the orange over the blue controller? It seems that the blue is more balanced to a street/autocross car.

RE: Descending to the next level of Mod Hell
The dual side mounts won't do the trick, besides it would wipe out my front feeds to put them in. The FMIC will outperform them better than 2 to 1.
I am going with the orange based on talking with a couple people that have driven both the blue and orange. Since the TT is mostly a track car these days I'm not too concerned about street or AutoX performance, it's not my daily driver any longer. The warning that HPA has on their site concerning the orange is more of a CYA for the lesser drivers (read ricers) that would put that on a car that isn't setup or balanced properly or who don't have the necessary skills and experience to handle the car with an agressive setup. The orange also makes the TT act like the rest of the quattro field staying engaged even under braking.

You can either use them temporarily or sell them to offset the cost of everything else. I do like the orange controller better since it makes the tt seem likea real awd carnot likeit comes from the factory.

so it comes down to hpa, eiptuning, and one you can get from gmpperformance. The only one that gives any good discribtion is hpa, and eip has been know to have sh**y service.
