Angry Cylinder misfires galore

My 2001 TT, 1.8L is having some misfire issues. At first I just had a P1128 code meaning the system was running lean. I cleaned the MAF to no avail. I also get DTC codes saying cylinder 1 misfire so I replaced the coil pack on that cylinder. Now I have misfires on cylinders 1 and 2. Not sure what to do next. I don't think the spark plugs would all start failing within 24 hours of each other. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

It could be your harness. They crack from the heat of the turbo and can cause what your experiencing.
