A terrible ticking noise on warm idle. The ticking noise is absent when the secondary air pump is working, then it seems when the pump turns off, I hear click click click.. It gets worse as the car warms up. When I rev it to 2000 rpm exactly, it disappears.. Combi valve was throwing codes (P0411).

Any clues??

 

Have you gotten out and check the combi valve?
