Allright so I got the V-Checker Pro from ECSTuning. Kind of flimsy construction but once I learn how to use it more im sure it will be good. I Checked Measure Block 32 and at idle I got these number. Hopefully it's reading what you needed. "Block 32 COMMUNICATING: -0000.93%" Test 2 "Block 32 COMMUNICATING: -0001.31%" Now that it's below forty out it starts then just shuts off. On the 2nd start though goes Right to 20inhg Vac and idles perfect.

RE: Cold start problem persists...
hehe my bad - and yea I dunno what to point at anymore for the problem. Whats really weird to me is if I let it stall out the first time then start it again - it goes right to 20inHG for vac. Almost like it bypass's something the 2nd start. Should I just pull the plugs to check for proper combustion? VChecker shows No codes and the CTS/SAI Pump are functional so I dont know.
Supposivley my mechanic pressure checked the system and said there were No Leaks...I do notice though that in 1st gear just gently going around town, the boost Never goes above 0 unless im WOT. 2-5th gear always give me boost with gentle pedal. Should I invest in a new N75/N249 or test them somehow? I'm really baffled where to go next.

The n249 can just be bypassed and forgotten. You can test the n75 if you know someone with a audi/vw that will let you try theirs or anyone with a mbc to try that w/o the n75.
