Default Codes P0300, P0301, P0302...HELP!

Hey guys...
--I was driving my baby home from Seattle last night and she began to run very rough... I got a blinking CEL and I just decided to limp her the rest of the way back home (approx.10mi). So, today I picked up a brand new coil-pack, 4sparks and had it vag-com'ed at Speedzone. I got the following codes:
-P0300 (multiple random misfires)
-P0301 (misfire cyl.1)
-P0302 (misfire cyl.2)

--So, I checked my spark-plugs, I checked my packs (swapped around to different cyl.) and I checked my wires...all good. Despite moving the packs around I still get errors in the same cyl. I can't for the life of me figure out what is going on...

HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!

Could you enlighten me on your outcome with the Audi 4.2 misfiring when you got it wet? I wet my engine also and having the same issue. 1-5-8 and reading multiple misfires. Car ran great until I sprayed it off. Can someone help on this? Much thanks if so
