Default Climate Control Codes

Where can I find an accurate list of the Climate Control Panel codes the the tt? The list I found on line stated it was only about 90% accurate and not specifically for the tt.

I forgot to say that code 49 is fluctuating between 102 and 104 on the highway, while code 51 stays at a constant 90

51 is the correct coolant temperature. As far as too hot I'm not sure. If there are no codes thrown and you haven't noticed any issues I wouldn't know where to start. Maybe a stuck thermostat. Partially open so it allows coolant through but not enough? I had a failsafe thermostat in my car and if it failed it would lock half open so the car wouldn't completely over heat but it hasn't failed so I don't know how I would tell.

I just re read your post and if it is staying at 90 which would be celcius that would be about 194 degrees fahrenheit. I think that would be right. The fluctuation between 102 and 104 I would say is unknown at least to me because that is for the malfunction counter for the vehicle speed....don't know what that is or what it does. I look at my speedometer

on the code 49, it indicates the reading is in degrees celcius. so does the code 51. the partially stuck thermostat seems to be logical. the only vag com code I've gotten indicates a 'lean bank'

I have a 2003 a4 3.0 and I can't turn on the codes. I press recirculate button and up flow arrow together as indicated in my sites and I don't get the 1c to display in any of my dual temp displays. Help please. Btw, I can switch from f to c without problem pressing + and recirculate. !!
