If you buy their kits with a decent sized core (4x10 or 6x8), fan, rad, pump and filler cap its going to cost $1100-1200. I know you can peice together a rad, pump, and everything else for less, but its still going to cost close to $900-1k just for the parts and no piping. Plus the only core that is $500 is the 4x6 and thats only rated to 270hp. The smallest anyone should run is a 4x10 *300hp) and they are over $600
Plus they use a tube and fin core which is nice for high flow but a w2a setup is just so small i prefer a high dense bar and plate core.

So after having to stop work today, the smaller core just slides right on in with no cutting of anything. Still need to clean some stuff up, but everything came out great on this setup. Dont have pics yet since the GF took her camera and my cell pics suck in the crappy garage light. All thats left is the wiring and add on the map sensor. Im not sure how i want to mount that yet, either do it on the core or on the small peice of pipe that is needed to connect to the stock tb hose. I may also just do a new TB section since it should only be a 45* bend and a 2.5" connector (its a supper tight fit). The reason is the stock tip goes from ~2.5" to 2" and back up to ~2.5".

Please let me know as soon as you have an update with pictures and maybe some sort of data logged on it. I know originally you said it would be applicable up to 600hp but if you went with a smaller core, how much did that change? Thanks cincy.

the water to air setup i did on my corrado cost me over 1k in just parts at my price. this included buying just a core and making my own end tanks. i also built the resevior onto the core itself. all piping i used AN fittings and a boat bilge pump for the water pump. i used a spearco core though.....you could get the garrett core cheaper, just as good. also you really need to waters heat exchanger to hit alot of air to get good results. i ran into that problem with the corrado, their front bumpers dont really have good openings. if i were to do a tt i would use a shorter rowe count, but long bars to fill that opening. good luck on the project, keep us updated.
