Cincy's been playing, IC content - UPDATE W/ PICS
#42
I'll most likely be using the air conditioner heat exchanger. Not even sure my AC works, so the rest of that junk will be pulled, and the heat exchanger reused.
Main radiator? As in stock radiator? As in 190° radiator?

Im going to have to order more parts since how its getting mounted has changed slightly, that and i will also have to make a new setup to replace the TB hose since im having issues using the stock peice. Trying to have it up and running next weekend now. The core is rated at 600hp and after seeing it, i dont think it will have a problem doing over 400whp.

I believe i finally got it to the place i like and should be mounting it up tonight to see what all i still need to order to finish the install. I was having issues getting it put in a place that would require not much if any cutting and still keeping the stock/replacement TB hose and pancake pipe. I like the pancake pipe because it gives you plenty of wheel clearance but as it looks now, i may have to make a new peice for it. I am also finally ordering my own vagcom so i will be able to do timing and iat logs to compare the stock and a2w incooler. I am taking my time since it didnt fit as hoped at first and im doing my best to keep as simple to install and keep the cost low. If i had to replace both tb and pancake pipes, the cost would of went up atleast $100

Ok, so a little update. I have been out of the country the past week and just before that i was waiting on a order. In the time i was waiting for more parts my battery AND alternator died. I have since replaced the battery and the alternator SHOULD be here tomarrow.
.....ANYWAYS, i finally had a chance to work on the setup and its almost finished. I basically just need to mount the ic and trim a pipe a little more and then plumb the system (that is if i can find a 2.5" pipe local). There will be some minor trimming but it is of plastic and not of the bumper or safety parts. Hopefully should have pics and another update tomarrow for all that are interested.
