so what your saying is you didnt lower the gap on your spark plugs? Drop them down to .028

well, the plugs are correctly gapped and it still has the issue. oh noes.

 

okay, i think the problem with part of this is the MBC. I took it apart, and that thing is a POS... The o-ring was entirely borked. Anyhow, I scored a TurboXS HPBC for $70, and that is on its way. Hopefully, that fixes my issue. I'm half tempted to run up to lowes and pick up a new o-ring to try and get this POS MBC at least semi-working. Right now, I'm not really sure what the deal is - I can close it all the way and I still boost to 15psi. I can open it all the way and I boost to 15psi. neat, huh?

 

thats consistancy! no weird boost spikes or anything, I dunno whatyour problem is.... : )
