Default changed my bushings

i changed the bushings on my control arm. while i was doing this the strut and hub slipped off the jack and went down to the right hard. i just put new tie rods on the car, and they have no play. but my my wheels seem to be un aligned. when i straighten one the other sticks out a bit. they don't sit equally straight. i drove the car the steering feels tight, and the wheel doesnt exactly pull in any direction. i was wondering if when the hub went down and pulls on the axle and tie rod, if maybe the iner joint got messed up or something. id go to a garage, but every time i go to a garage around here.. i get the were buzy for a few weeks as soon as they hear audi tt. so im thinking go and get an alighment again.. so if any one can help me id appriciate it.
