Default Carbon Fiber Sticker?

Hello All

Has anyone here have experience with carbon fiber stickers? I am thinking of wrapping my interior door handles in the stuff to cover up the wear and gouges in the rubber. From what I've seen on the 'net, replacing the handles is a pretty daunting task.I was also considering doing the fuel fillercover as well, apparently the stuff can last for up to five years outside...my car is now silver with black trim so thefiller covermay look good in carbon?

cool - covers would be fine as long as I don't have to remove the handles to install them. If I end up removing the handles then I might as well replace them with new ones...

i was going to do my interior door handles with this: http://www.slymachines.com/catalog/products.asp?catid=8

i wouldn't use the fake carbon fiber stickers that you can get at autozone or where ever that is just a decal. this is supposed to be real fiber weave. i think it would look ok if done well and is much cheaper than the carbon fiber handles from osir.

there's carbon fiber lay-overs. i remember cutting out "C E L IC A" and inserted it in the rear of my old car. looked cool i guess.

p.s. - i'd take out the center caps on your stock 6's

Thanks for the link twenty8red, that looks like what I'll go with.

The fuel filler cover will NOT be done, I agree with Cincy that it would look bad after all.

...and no center caps? I was expecting the shop to paint them all black but I thought they did a good job with the detailing...I'll give it a few weeks to see if it grows on me or not, I can always pop them off
