Same thing happened to mine. I changed the TIE ROD. LIFT IT UP AND MANUALLY MOVE THE WHELL FROM SIDE TO SIDE TO DETERMINE WHICH SIDE IS IT. I CHANGED IT AND BINGO THAT WAS IT!!! GOOD LUCK I BOUGHT IT OFF A WEBSITE FORM EBAY FOR ABOUT $30 WITH SHIPPING NOT BAD DEAL GOOD LUCK

 

Tie rod assembly, or just a tie rod end? Autohaus AZ has ends for $21, complete assemblies for $47. I have a tie rod end waiting to be swapped. Clunks on uneven ground, but quiet at speed. I'll do it when its warm out. I hate working in the cold.

 

bad tie rods i changed mine and did the trick. same exact problem and got fixed hope it helps.

 

yeah, i've already found which joint was bad and bought a replacement. I just hate working in the cold, so I'll wait until spring. Its been like this for 2 months.
