Car Covers
I don't have acess to a garage and I want to keep my TT looking nice. I'm considering getting a car cover but I would appreciate some advice on what kind to buy? Keeping in mind this car cover will be for outdoors and will most likely see rain. Anyone have a car cover they can recommend?
Thanks!

Don't cheap out, and make sure your car is clean when you put the cover on if you're keeping it outdoors. Grime inside a cover, or a cheap cover + wind = nasty looking swirl marks from the cover rubbing.

I have the Audi cover and rarely use it because like AchTTung said, you can only put it on a clean car unless you want it to act like sandpaper on your paint. I would recommend washing your car frequently and clay bar/waxing it as well instead of a car cover. Also, I try to park in the shade when possible.

Thanks for the info guys. I'm surprised how many people are against car covers, but your reasons are sound. So I guess a car cover only makes sense if I'm going to just store the car. Taking it on and off without cleaning the entire car would be counter productive. I'm curious what cleaning equipment you guys have? I want to take really good care of this car (first nice car I've ever owned!)

RE: Car Covers
Meguires car wash, Zymol wax, Mothers clay bar. Those are the 3 main guns of my arsenal.
I wash whenever I can, wax maybe twice a year, and clay bar only if I have to, although the car could use a complete rubdown.
