I have a 2020 TT Quatro with less than 9000 miles on it. Suddenly in late January I could no longer put gas in the tank. It just shuts the nozzle off or runs the fuel out on the ground. Cannot put any in from a gas can either. It jut runs out. Estimated mileage left in tank is not calculating correctly. I drove it to a dealership and estimated mileage went up. Fuel gauge did not move. Has anyone experienced this?

I contacted two dealers. Both said they have no idea what the problem is. Supposedly the first appointment I could get back in January was April 18th at 8:00 am. It has been at the dealer for a week and despite my "appointment" has not been looked at. There is not enough gas in it to drive it somewhere else. Any suggestions on how to get the dealership to honor my appointment instead of letting a car that has already sat undriven for 3 months continue to sit there?
