Cannot create an Avatar...

I cannot upload an avatar...When i go to control panel...then click edit avatar...there is no option for custom avatar..it just says do not use avatar..save changes or cancel...no place for me to choose my pic...help

maybe im confused..what i want is a picture in my sig..how do i do that?

you have to host and image and then use the [IMG] [/IMG] in the sig
