Default Can I replace these hoses with silicone?

I believe it is the Evap system but I see that is has a service port that has a tag that says "test 1 psi max" with a green cap (i have highlighted the lines on the left of the pic). I wasn't sure if it was pressurized. So is it ok to replace? I have another line highlighted but i think it is bigger than 8mm. I hope its ok if i borrowed this pic. Thanks

You can replace it with silicone no problem or just remove all of that stuff if you want. Just make sure to keep the one way valves going in the correct direction.
