So would a 42 draft high flow cat pass inspection & not throw on my CEL? Cause I plan on buying their test pipe & just switching it out every inspection. & why should I be working about the CEL coming on when all I'm changing is the exhaust?
You have an O2 sensor back there.

you can buy a new dp with a cat, its not going to make a huge difference between cat and no cat.

Alot of tests that I have seen Vs for example Magnaflow (Carounds) Highflow Catalytic Converter Vs a Straight pipe showed Carsounds High Flow did ~350CFM on a Beasty V8 and with a straight pipe/no catalytic it was something like 407CFM. Boosted ~2-3HP. May as well just go with a high flow if you do make a decision. Less hassles with Emissions and legal =P

if you put a cutout after the downpipe... will it even make an impovement since the DP is still 2¼" I mean... the small diameter IS the reason right? The cutout wont change the restriction of the small DP
