Default aww crap

paid for an alignment today. didn't really get an alignment. the shop couldn't get it. they spent 3 hrs screwing with it. I'm gonna have to start shopping around the Audi dealerships, and see who's not outragously priced.

Before:
Left front.
camber -1.5° (in the red)
caster 6.4° (in the red)
toe -.46° (off the charts in the red)

Right front
camber -.9° (very good)
caster 6.5 (in the red)
toe -.49 (off the charts in the red)

*both toe numbers mean my wheels were pointing away

Left rear
camber -1.4 (barely in the green)
toe -.18 (in the red)

Right rear
camber -1.8 (yellow, just out)
toe -.05 (in the red)

After

LF
camber -1.1 (yellow)
caster 6.6 (red)
toe .06 (green)

RF
camber -.5 (yellow)
caster 6.5 (red)
toe .06 (green)

LR
camber -2.0 (just in red)
toe .12 (green)

RR
camber -1.8 (yellow)
toe .23 (yellow)

Kinda thinking a kmac kit is due, front and rear. Initial money up front will save me tires, and handling, in the long run.

On an upside, they only charged me $87. No charge for the extra time and labor they put into it!

Oh, and couldn't/wouldn't balance my tires. They don't have the tape weights, only the lip weights.

Matt, I've been meaning to ask you about a bushing removal tool. Did you have any problems installing your kmac on the 180?

Good luck with a full Kmac. TTstuff is sold out, doesn't say until when.
I think I managed to get the last half kit, as they are now sold out of this as well. Could always try ECS's camber kit.

trouble getting the stock bushing out of the tool, had to poke it out with a thin screwdriver. very easy otherwise.
