Yeah, total pain. In our company, we havea 15 minute response time, and a 72 hour resolution time to all customers in our SLA. Yeah, we have to hustle, but it makes us look good.

 

These threads are getting old. If you want to b!tch about it, there are threads in the OT about it. If you havent read the announcements, do it now already [:@]
