Alcantara Steering Wheel

Anyone know how much it cost originally for this optional steering wheel?

Also can it be recovered at an upholstery shop?

the steering wheel is extremely hard to recover. my buddy owns an interior shop. he says he wouldnt touch it. sucks i know. just too tight of an area to sew.
