Just curious if im missing something here... The APR audi 225hp kit is 6200-6900.00 makes 386hp.flywheel... the eliminator kit i found below says its a direct bolt in in place of the stock k04... is this true?? Wouldnt this be a cheaper alternative for the same Hp?? Obviousely with extra purchase of computer upgrades piping and other hardware.

its eurocodetuning.com they say its more cost effective if you just go with the Apr setup and less headaches...since the apr kit comes with everything

 

What does the Eliminator kit not come with other than the downpipe, the intake hose? It comes with the turbo, and you can get the programming right?

 

The eliminators come with new lines, turbo, and gaskets. You take care of the intake and upgrade your stock downpipe. But a real gt2871r will spool sooner and have more power with a real kit.

 

What about tuning?

 

your on your own for that. for a 2871r you can go with:

revo 440 gt28rs .86 file
Unitonics 550, or 630 file
Giacs 2871 .86 file

Ok I see, I already have GIAC but I am going to need to get everything reflashed correct, then just tweak with Lemmiwinks? Would that sound like the best thing to do? So my GIAC dealer is 75 miles from where I live how do I get the car up there with the Big Turbo on it, or can I send the ECU into GIAC, sorry I just dont know much about Big Turbo just yet...

 

You will need the new programming (its actually the del rio sw). You can either send it to them or you can put on the turbo, run it low boost (12-14psi) and take it to the them. car may run a little off but not horrible.

If you enjoy your car i would pass on the mika tuning. Also i would hit up usrt for some genisis or semiens injectors.
