hell yea thats why I bought my Mustang GT. Don't worry im in the same boat I have a TT but the s4 is starting to grow on me.

haha well, with my 180, and soon to be income, itll get there. ive been doing a lot of talk about a 3071 or 3076 build and its coming closer and closer

I started looking at the S4..it felt cramped to me. Looked into and drove A6 w/4.2L V8...you want a decent barritone from the exhaust that's clearly the way to go, the tiptronic adds interaction and the 300HP is decent. Requires some work get it to do more than the factory whisper, of course. All the S4 has going for it is the turbo whistle...and the fact that you can pump up the power with a quick chip change! But as others mentioned, it comes with maintenance requirements higher than norm. My 4.2 has been bullet proof and its at 122K.
Now I'm thinking of going to a TT, because while I love the interior, the ride, the body styling (with the aftermarket trunklid spoiler) I'm sick of having a sedan when I'm not in a family way.

Another upkeep problem is that the 2.7t uses timing belts like the 1.8t, so have fun with those every 60k. Its also essentially impossible to get to several parts of the engine/engine bay. I say TT all the way

belts dont necessarily go at 60... im at ~75k and belt is fine
