Default 2004 R32 Front Seats in 2005 AUDI TT?

Hey,

I have come across a set of MKIV R32 Konig Front seats.
I have a 2005 MKI TT Coupe and am wondering if its possible to install the Konigs.
I am worried about these aspects:

Rails....will they fit on the TT rails / will the R32 rails mate to the TT floor?
Airbag...will it work, will it trigger an airbag light?
Height...will the konigs physically fit inside the roofline of the TT interior? (Im 6,2 and will be riding them adjusted all the way down.)

please help me out

The only thing recaro about our seats is the name. The r32 seats are much better for "active" driving. Not to mention the konigs look MUCH better. If you had GOOD recaros in your car, you would know that our seats are garbage.

Anything is gonna take a little work to get in and fit right. The seats from most audis should fit.

Porsche seats should fit fine
Porsche and audi are brother/sister companies

As far as the air bag sensor. Dunno about that one

They do look really nice. But still if you wanna do any time tracking/road racing tho's seats won't hold u in like a??? Oh .. R32 seat or tho's GT3 seats. They put ur butt down and knees higher. And the sides are a little tighter

In my eyes the ultimate seats would be the R8/lambo seats! By the way audi owns lambo too!!!

I would think they would fit, MKI TT and R32 are basically sister cars, same chassis. VW likes to use common parts on cars.

thats what I am thinking, but judging from pics of the runners in MKIVs I have found online, it seems way different.

I have contacted Koenig and they sell a assembly for their K5000 line (same as R32 minus airbag and heater).
So basically If I could find out if I can detach the .:R seats from their sliders and attach them to the konig K500 bottom, then it would obviously fit...

I have this sick feeling that VAG decided to weld the seats to the runners on the .:R
anyone seen these seats from underneath??
