Default 2002 TT engine light after throttle body cleaning

so my RMP was Idling rough, i read if you clean the throttle body, it will fix the issue, so i opened it up the throttle body and cleaned it, it was super dirty, now my idle is perfect, but now, my engine light comes on and my turbo is acting up, not kicking in etc.
anyone have a clue what this could be? my turbo seems to work fine as i hear the whistle when warming up car, anyone any clue?
thanks

Do a throttle body re learn, if u moved the butterfly with the car off u probably threw it out of calibration, our throttle bodies are touchy. I'd do that before I touched anything else, a local shop might have the software to do it, or if u have vag com can do a relearn,

No problem. Went through TB problems just a little while ago, and just happened to do the research, so you lucked out.

I got it done at a local shop with a vagcom. It ran about $170 for labor on installation of a new TB (mine died) and the TBA. I believe it was $100 for the TBA.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but "TB" is throttle body in this case.
