Oddly enough I wasn't talking about the TTS...Audi offers the 200hp 2.0T with quattro now (they didn't offer that forever! only reason I know is I took a peek the other day at their site). Still has that lameo S-tronic though.

I think what the TTS shows us is that you dont have to think HP to get good speed. Its only 265 HP but does 0 60 in 5.2 stock. So I wouldnt necessarily think you need 300 HP to make good times like other heavier cars. I dont know what else they have done to get that speed like maybe compression ratio or what but they made a fast car thats under 300 HP. Chip it and you are probably at 300 and then really fast.

stay with the vr6, youll need to upgrade the turbo to a k04 on the 2.0 to get over 300 whp reliably. the vr6 is is a better engine hands down. if you need a turbo kit we offer our custom kit starting at 8k. you would make 360 whp minimal with this kit. head gasket option puts you over 400 whp.

Call me crazy, but I'd take a 288 GTO over that...

Crazy it is then....the F40 was THE supercar of it's day and still an amazing car by any standard. The 308 redoux is not comparable.
