try it w/o drilling, but you may need to go back in and make an adjustment. You dont want to pull the sensor too far out of the exhaust, which is the reason for drilling one of them.

You need to drill the 2nd one out, the one that the sensor screws into. IF you don't it will not thread all the way and be too far out of the exhaust stream. I would first start with one and see if that works, if not move on to adding the 2nd drilled one. FYI this does not always fix the issue. It did not work for me.

Oh yeah wasn't this already covered with you on this thread?

Mobius97 when you say it didnt work for you are you doing a cat delete or just a higher flowing cat? I have a HJS cat thats not suppose to throw a code but did and will be doing just one spacer. The code comes and goes so I know its not too far out of spec. So Im hoping one will do.

I threw the "cat below efficiency" code a month or so after installing the 3" DP with a high flow cat...which I thought was not supposed to happen. I cleared the code but after a day or so it would come back. I looked into the spacer mod and installed it. Code came back.

I also tried it once again after I deleted the cat and ran my test pipe still a no go. The code kept coming back. I never did replace the sensor itslef so I can not rule out the fact that it may just be a bum sensor. reading over on vortex tho...it works for some and some it doesn't. I just ignore the code/CEL for it now. I spoke to Revo awhile back and I could get an updated flash to correct the issue but I haven't even bothered with it.
