Cincy what spring combination are you using?

.clipse what about you? You mentioned running an upgraded secondary spring, do you remember the colour, and what about the main spring? Did you ever do the "pen test" on the valve?

And to the original poster, I'm assuming that the Blitz valve is a single piston/diapragm unit and will never seal correctly and still be able to vent. Its been years since I messed with a Blitz so I don't recall 100%.

I dont have the spring kit, so i just got a somewhat thick washers and file down the edges to make it fit perfect (one is all i needed). Now i dont have any flutter in high boost and it never had a problem with the valve opening at idle until my tip came off (didnt know about it, thought it was the maf). But it ran flawlessly with the maf unplugged.

He did send me a pm and i helped him out.

Forge 004 + a stiffer spring that you will have to call and get from Forge that way your BOV wont leak and cause you to run like crap...

mine came great for low boost. Never had a problem with it staying closed, just needed it to hold high boost a little better, the shim worked well.

No, i got a washer from Home Depot and spent a good amount of time with a file to make it fit. Its about as thick as a nickel. Much rather of just swapped springs, but dont have them. $0.25 and no wait was easier for me at the time.
