I don't know about Auto Dreams.I don't like the way theyupsell. When I was talking about putting the timing belt kit in, they were telling me to do the water pump as well since they were right there. When I wanted them to top of my Freon they talked me into checking to see if there was a leak which cost another $60.I let them do my alignment which I was upsold on it being four wheel alignment at $69. I ended up paying $85 when I came back in and they sent my car to the Meineke next door.

Hrm, water pump and timing belt together is pretty much standard practice and recommended. This is especially true of our cars with the plastic impellers. Freon refill and system check is similar, you usually don't run out of the stuff unless there is a leak somewhere. The last one, well, I would have complained about it if it was me, but I know that it happens more often then people realize even with reputable shops(contracting certain typejobs out to another shop.)

$620 is an extremely good price if they do everything they say they will competently. The lowest price I found in the Denver region was $950.00although that was afterI already had the the Audi dealershipdo it for $1400 before tax.
