Rear window replacement by Audi
Hi,
I recently had to replace the rear window on my Audi Q7.
To ensure a 'proper' job I took it to Audi, fully expecting to pay higher rates than an independent company.
I have received the vehicle back but there are shards of the previous window in the boot lid itself, so very time you open and close you can hear them moving.
Am I within my right to go back to Audi requesting they remove the paneling as required and remove the remaining shards?
Surely you pay to have a complete job, not simply take out the old and in with the new?
Any advise would be great.
Thanks

Hello,
Judging by what you said here there are two possibilities, your window was broken before you too it to Audi, or they broken it trying to remove it...Regardless I would take it back and ask them to remove the remaining pieces of glass.
