Dear all

My O8 Q7 went in to the new state of the art multi million pound main dealer at the weekend for a warranty repair.

When I got it back, it was minus half a tank on fuel and the whole front of the car has been covered with stonechips, not to mention a massive scratch on the bonnet.

When I collected the car, I unfortunately did not check the bodywork, why would you this is a main dealer.

I have emailed them called them several times, they always appear to be in meetings and still no response. They are pathetic.

When I sat in the car after collecting it, it had that bad breath smell in the car, similar to when you have been out the night before on the lash!

The fault was a split pipe so they told me this would require a 24 hour test drive....more like the mechanic was going out and needed a car.

They have runied my car, god only knows how it was driven, they managed to do only 100 miles with over half a tank of fuel, that says alot!

I am fuming and have spoken to Audi GB. They have 48 hours to respond. If that is not satisfactory blood will have to be spilt I am afraid!

They are the most rude obnoxious garage I have ever dealt with
