Long story to go, always there is a noise in Q7. also had a blast in running car in the speed of 90-100 kms there is no one responsible and then customer care simply said wont be able to help at this time as they have there centre in Mumbai n the incident took place in Delhi NCR. where i stuck with the family at midnight and they have taken almost an hour to reply that they cant coordinate at this time after making 15-16 calls. had a tuff time too to resolve after a long fight they just change the tyre only n just went quit as i was in major trauma of the incident.

last week had a big harassment on the fuel station in New Delhi, that the fuel tank got jammed and not be able to open the tank. I have called the call centre and they have given all the instruction to open the tank manually too but all gone in vain and have cancelled my meeting and went back and till now there is no solution.

please advice that what to do, they are not ready to replace it.

Its too painful and shameful experience that after paying such a huge amount to afford all harassment.
