Diff Whinning Noise?

Diff Whinning Noise?
I did some search and read about "chirping" noise that some memebers experienced. And I do not believe my car's noise is quite the "chirping" noise.
My A8 makes this faint but audible "whinning noise" when I lift off the gas pedal from crusing at high speed. When I took it to local Audi dealer, they said there was a TSB out for this differential related issue. They assured me that there was nothing funtionally/mechanically wrong with the transmission and differential, meaning it won't break down on the road?
Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
I read about "Blue Fluid" that could cure "chirping" noise. Will this fluild work for this "whinning" noise too?
Thanks,

RE: Diff Whinning Noise?
From what I have read on the tinternet bad carrier bearings cansend the pinion/crown wheel backlashout. or the spider gears areknackered or the bearings on pinion shaft. I cant see how any of this fluid will help in the long run. I my self am looking at a front diff bearing replacment I think(see pic); I dont geta whine but a heavy vibration above 30mph which jerks the car upon acceleration. My theory is that the carrier bearing has had it and its causing the cv axle shaft tooperate at very bad angles etc.
Notice the cage gap at around the 1 to 2 o clock position and of course all the oil and wear where the flange shaft is running off centre.
