Default D2 Aftermarket Parts

Does anyone know of any tuner parts for a D2 A8? I've got an '01 D2 A8 with the 4.2L DOHC V8. I would like a flash tuner, chip, or pretty much any other performance upgrades for mine. It's nearly impossible to find jack for it.

Well you don't have FSI, that would mean you have an 07 A8.
Don't know about too many after market parts, LLtek has alot for body modifications.
APR, GIAC, MTM are the ones you want for chipping.

I recently talked to one of my Audi buddies and a tech guy from Detroit. Pretty much the tech guy stated that the 4.2s were tuned down so they could pretty much market the S-line (with some other mods, obviously). I was essentially quoted at about $900 to gain 60 hp and modify my tranny ECU, after a .5" wider exhaust and new intake (I can do that stuff myself, computers are another story). I got this car with 50k on it and it was nearly pristine. I've personally checked it over and my Audi dealer has also thoroughly looked it over. I'd like to be able to smoke these Cobalt SS guys cuz they're pissin me off. Then again, I can get better looking girls in my ride, cuz it's an Audi.
