On time alone, yes.
And all the related parts as per service schedule.
Bentley or erWin can help with procedures if you are a DIY person.

I considered tackling this job a couple of years ago on my 2003 A8 and opted not to due to the complexity of the "operation". I've changed timing belts on many an engine (I can about do my 944 with my eyes closed) but this thing was a little more than I could chew. Not to mention if I did attempt it, it would have taken me a couple of weeks working on it in the evening in the garage. I simply didn't have the time or the special tools (cam locks, crank lock) to do it. Plus the first steps to perform the job is to remove the entire nose piece off the car...... So I bit the bullet and had a local (very reputable) shop that specializes in German cars do the job. I also had them change the water pump and thermostat while they were in there. Cost me $1100 and they had it done in 2 days. If you take it to a dealer, it will cost twice that. I'm a pretty competent mechanic but I do know my limits. ;-)
