2004 A8L - standard questions

Hi
got my Audi 2004 A8L, before this had 2002 A6 and 2004 A4. A8 is much more different

for A4 in order to listen mp3 music I installed the kit from http://phatnoise.comand was happy

after I got A8 was a bit disapointed, no mp3 support neither bluetooth. So the question is, what is the cheapest way to get
1. mp3 support using MMI? (willing to buy an iPod for this if needed)
2. bluetooth support which would work with MMI? Currently I have OnStar stupid think.
maybe someone knows any aftermarket kits? Links please.
if someone knows any people who would install them and are located and Arizona that would be great

Asked dealer about Audi Music interface, but they sad it can't beused withmy car
