I have 2003 A8L that is running ruff on idle, you can feel the car shaking @ traffic lights, no engine faults, anybody have an idea what would cause that?

 

If indeed there are no engine faults at all, you may want to carefully check your motor mounts to be sure one (or both) have not prematurely failed.

In the event that one of them did - consider that there may have been circumstances that caused it to fail which might affect other components as yet unknown/unseen. This is especially the case if both have failed.

 

Thank you, I will go ahead and check them. I was having missfiring problem and bunch of codes when I kick the gas down, all gone after simple fuel filter change, thanks.
