what do you guys feel is a fair price for one of these? good condition, 93K on the clock...maintained pretty well too

KBB says $9500-10200 private owner sale. But varies in different parts of the country, demand and actual condition, service performed...T-belt service $1800-2000 at dealer, should be done by now now..if not, lower value. Options?
