Question Newbie A7 Price Question

Brand new to Audi and this forum. Not sure if this is the right forum for this question, but here goes:

Saw the A7 and fell in love and looking to purchase one.

Hooked up with the local Audi dealer and took their floor model out for a test drive last week and was very impressed.

Having never purchased an Audi (and realizing these A7s are just hitting the dealers and may be in demand) was wondering how much I should expect to pay vs. sticker... MSRP... or the quoted price on the Audi website.

Here's what I'm looking to buy or have Audi build:

A7 Prestige 3.0 TFSI, Dakota Grey w/ Black Interior
Cold Weather Package
Innovation Package
20" Sport Package
Natural Ash Inlay
Rear Side Airbags
B&O Sound System

I like the look of the Cartesia rims, but not sure if they are worth a $4k adder, so they are currently not on the list.

The Website puts this car price at $79,580 (I assume this is MSRP).

What can I expect for sticker price?

What should I expect to pay (OTD)?

How much wiggle room do Audi dealers have to work with on these new models?

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thx.

You'll end up paying more than $80k with the options you want. I have:

Cold Weather Package
Innovation Package
20" Sport Package
Natural Ash Inlay
B&O Sound System
Phantom Black Pearl with Black Leather Seats

I LOVE this car!!!

Agree with McNasty. In my experience, it's tough to talk the dealers down much from MSRP on new, in-demand vehicles. When I bought my S5 a few years ago I could only get them to take $500 off the MSRP, and I think that was only because I'd purchased from them before. I got decent deal on my A7, but again, I think that's because I've now bought multiple vehicles and know the entire gang down there well.

In general, you can probably expect to pay near sticker at this point. Good luck! It's a great car. I would have loved to have picked up the Innovation and B&O packages as well, but at nearly $70K as it is, I just couldn't push myself to spend any more.

Buy it, you'll love it!

I've done a bit more research on the web and have talked to four dealers in two states and they are amazingly consistent.

Turns out the deal I'm getting from my local dealer is as good as I'm going to get.

Thanks for your help!
