What state are you in? I would get a lawyer and see if he could get the speed knocked down to maybe 20mph over instead of
32
.

ESPEED25 If you have the pretrail diversion option in your state i would do that...what u do is you go to court and tell them you want a pretrial diversion...you will have to pay little more than the ticket..basically your paying off the judge so he doesnt send the information to the BMV which is the ticket cost and court cost...the downside of that is...u will not be able to have any moving violatoins in the next 6 months if you do thenboth violatoins will go on your license...so if u do use that option just be very careful in the next 6 months...If u dont have this option i would talk to the cop and try to get him to rewrite the ticket down to 20mph...my dad got a ticket going 30 over and he called the sheriff and he knocked it down to 20...or get a lawyer if nothing else works for you...

I got a ticket in New Hampshire some years back. I was still in HS at the time and was drag racing a civic tuner in my nitro charged thunderbird. Needless to say we passed a cop at the end of the "race" and were doing greater than 80 mph. Stupid part is there was a school about 1/4 mile down the road so the cop wrote it up as 83 in a 20. Not good. They gave me a notice to appear in court rather than a ticket. I went to court and the ticket was dropped because I plead that I was trying to get away from the crazy kid in the Civic who was all over the road and right up my *** with super bright aftermarket lights. I got adjudicated judgement for 1 year, and after a year of ticketless NH driving I was scott free. I don't know if you will be so lucky in your case, but who knows.

i got a ticket supposedly going 98 in a 65 (i looked at the speedo and could swear it was at 80) lol anyway,i happened to be in my first 6 months of driving and in NY thats the probation period, so i was pretty screwed, UNTIL i called a lawyer, and they got it down from an 8 point ticket to a 3 point. so instead of losing my license i got 3 points and i payed a total of around 400$ (including ticket)
