Default Moaning & Groaning from the front

After I've driven awhile I start hearing and feeling a moan, groan, rumble from the front. I hear it when I'm going slow, if I turn the wheel stopped or not I hear the rumble and can feel it in the steering wheel. It started about a week ago and would usually stop after awhile. Now it seems to continue as long as I'm driving.
Car has 102,000 miles.
Service history:
Just did front brakes and the bearings felt ok.
93580 replaced steering pump, fluid level ok
81319upper & lower control arms
81319 right side drive axle

What next?

I hope it's not the rack. I just did the TB, water pump & tensioners. Glad I only paid 10500 for the car.

Just drove the car for 45 min & it did not make the sound. It always does it in the afternoon when it's hotter.
What would the temperature have to do with the front end?

Had the same problem...it was related to the power steering. Specifically, there is a filter in the power steering system that gets dirty over time. This causes the pump to not get enough power steering fluid. Just have the dealer replace the filter.

before i had them replaced they also caused a noise when i braked
i had those replaced when my brakes where worn out badly
