Sure your not plugged up?

MAF reads low while both banks are reading too rich and cannot adjust any more.

1137: Long Term Fuel Trim Additive Fuel,Bank1 System too Rich

1139: Long Term Fuel Trim Additive Fuel,Bank2 System too Rich

I would actually check your pre-cat O2's or wiring to them... supposedly they can start to go bad without actually setting codes, or at least, set the Fuel trim codes first... dunno, worth a look.

A few other things it might be is; bad fuel pump, fuel injectors, timing, PCV system, vacuum leak, wiring.

after i cleaned it i didnt push it back on all the way... doh! so now i am only pulling the PO102 Code.. I changed all my vacuum lines still get the maf the code, but it runs much much better. I definitely had a good leak.

Thanks for your reply..

Ok.. since the vac lines were bad, have you checked/replaced the intake tube itself? You should also take some WD40 and spray it around each intake runner gasket to check for leaks.

Have you checked the voltages in and out of the MAF?
