Inside door locks don't work. ??
The driver's side inside door lock doesn't work. Or maybe I'm doing something wrong...I don't know. When the door is open and I lock the door (from the inside) and then close the door, I can still open the door from the outside. Is this normal?

Theres only two ways to lock your keys in your audi with the remote.
1) You open the passenger door, press the lock key on your key ring, throw your keys in the passenger door, and then close the passenger door.
Or...........
2) You open the trunk, press the lock key on your audi key ring, throw your keys in the trunk, then close the trunk.
If you manage to do either of those, your an idiot.

Then I am an idiot I suppose...
Last winter, I went outside to start the car. Unlocked with the remote, opened up the passenger side door to reach in to start the car and run back inside from the sub-freezing temperatures. Before I started the car, I pressed the lock button on the remote (but did not know that I pressed it), started the car, and then shut the door...oops! Car running, doors locked...and I'm standing there outside thinking how the heel did that happen???
Anyway, Audi Roadside Assistance came in about 10 minutes, and the guy had the door open in less than 30 seconds. He ust used a shim on the upper door frame thick enough to get a stick to poke the power window switch.
I have seen a golfers do the other one...lock with the remote, trunk is open to retrieve golf clubs and shoes, etc. Trunk shut and oops, were the keys resting on the trunk mat? Yup. Again, Audi Roadside Aassistance or AAA to the rescue, but I did not wait to find out how they got into his car...I went golfing instead ))
