BMW AWD is crap. crap. crap.

BMWs are sometimes more fun to drive, and that 330 will smoke the **** out of your 2.8 ~ but to put an end to this just go test drive a 330 & you'll either fall in love and part ways, or you'll feel how much better the A6 is put together.

Well, this is why I named this section HOW MUCH SHOULD I PAY?, not should I trade in my car? but since everyone started telling me I shouldn't do it, I'm just getting more opinions.
I don't have any experience with BMWs or their pricing, and I don't think one test drive will give me all the knowledge I need ~ but to put an end to this, I thank you for all your answers!

I think the going rate is about $13k which is reasonable I suppose... this isn't quite the right place to get BMW pricing =)

A kid at my school paid 10k for a 2000 325i auto with 140k on it. I laughed, I paid 8.9k for my 2001 with 80k! BMWs are way to high used IMO.

well, i don't mean how much should I pay for the BMW, I mean how much extra should I pay with the trade-in (turning it an A6 - getting a 3-series)?

This is just what I meant, but after reading everyone's opinion, I don't think I'm going to do it though, I'll stick with my Audi, until I'm able to afford a faster Audi.

I always liked Audi way more than Bimmers, I just grew tired of how slow the 2.8 is.

This car is only 10k though, and it's a 330 and less miles, I think with the economy dealerships are having hard times getting these old prices again, they just want to sell their cars > good for us I guess!

I guess I have to agree w/you, no warranty is paying a ton more than the purchasing price
