Emissions - can I pass with one incomplete monitor on 2000 model in Virginia?
I have reset the DTCs on 2000 A6 2.8l.
Then drove the car for about 2 days and about 80 miles..
All the monitors came back with status Passed.
Except one: Catalyst monitoring: Failed or Incomplete
I need to do emissions ASAP.
Is acceptable to have one monitor: Failed or incomplete on 2000 model in Virginia?
Is there anything else I can do...
