Default could someone measure a flex pipe coupling pls ?

Hi All

I am tackling my own flex pipe since the resonator hangers rusted off and the weight tore the flex pipes off . i got a couple of flex pipes from ECS and have welded them on to the cats. ( it looks like the weld of the original flex pipe is right at the cat input . ) i got the down pipe off the drivers side after much buggering around and swearing so I can cut/ grind that weld off and weld the other side of my flex pipe on.

What i need help with is a measurement from the base of the cat to where the weld meets the pipe at the other side of the flex ( on the down pipe ) . It looks to me about 130mm as obviously I need the same legnth or maybe I could go a little shorter as the sleeve to the resonator pipe will make up for it .

Also if anyone has any tips on the removal of the passeneger down pipe I would aprreciate it . That top nut on the flange looks like I have to disaasemble the combi valve and the throtle body just to get to it

many thanks in advance.
