Default control arm replacement

Anyone know of a link/website/webpage or somewhere in this forum that
details the procedure for replacing control arms and tie rod ends? How much mechanical ability does this require? Any special precautions or concerns?

Hi
Just done mine removed arms and replaced inner bushes you will need car on a ramp not a trolley jack the easy bit is removing the arm and removing and refitting the bush the hard bit which required some serious grunt is realigning anti roll bar in hole on arm , u fit the inner bolt first then get the roll bar through the hole then refit the ball joint took around a hour a side bush very cheap here in UK around £10 each new arm with them in £200!!!!!!!
