P1519 is a Camshaft adjustment, bank 1, malfunction
i think P4021 is a catalytic converter code (not sure which side)
don't know what the fix is for either, but a search might help
got my timing belt kit from ECS and have zero complaints. A lot of the A4 guys are getting the kits from FCPGroton now and reporting excellent results as well. the lightweight pulley kit really isn't going to do anything for you (imho)

Do report back if the spacers help.

So what size of spacers should one get on our cars? And what size of drill bit was used? 1\2? My 2.8 is throwing intermittent codes for both banks now. Fml.

I don't have a write up for the non fouler method but here is what I did. I went to advance and bought the spark plug non foulers. Because the 02 sensor was too big for the bottom part of the non fouler (NF) I took a dremel and cut the bottoms off of two. I then used jb weld to line up and "glue" two of the cut NF's. That will give you one NF 02 holder. You'll want to make sure that you line up the outside pattern to make it easier to screw in later.
Hope this helps.
