Hi everyone, I just got a 2001 2.7T and winter just hit. my stock tires (17") are terrible so i really need a set of winter tires. i'd like to move down to 16" for a winter rim and tire. the bad thing is, my calipers are HUGE and im not sure what wheels will clear them. i dont want to buy it from the Audi dealer because i work hard for my money and they dont seem to think so. Can someone help me out in choosing a wheel that will fit my car/caliper? any info on the specs i should be looking for would be great.

Search the classifieds here and at www.audiworld.com. There are plenty of people selling their used OEM 16" A6 wheels and you should be able to pick up some cheap. You may also want to check eBay.
